Hey all,

A good friend is after me to build him an 8 string resonator mandolin sort of like this picture:

I'm a flat top guitar builder and don't know much about either resonator instruments or mandolins. I'm wondering is there are any books on building this sort of instrument or any existing plans out there.

Ken Jeffs on here has resonater exp. Might start with him. Maybe he can direct you to some other places as well
