I’m planning ahead. I’m not sure how to deal with inside corners. I will apply Zpoxy to the Mahogany and Maple prior to spraying nitro. I won’t be able to sand and polish the sharp corner. I have an idea to apply and build up Zpoxy using a syringe to create a radius and scrape or sand it smooth. Any other ideas? Thanks a bunch, Dan |

I think that would work fine, Dan - depending on the number of coats. You do plan on breaking the top edge a bit with sandpaper? Just enough to ease the corner? |

The zpoxy filled the sharp corners. The instrument is ready for lacquer (probably next year]. I used Freeman’s technique of applying zpoxy over the Maple and then spraying a tinted lacquer. It looks great, with nice chatoyance. |
