An US professional guitar maker, Daniel Roberts, for who I did some rasps and ended up being a friend, has made a video on his techniques to shape a guitar neck.
I thought some of you may enjoy it.
Cheers,

Very nice.

I'm in the market for some new rasps, was wondering what you'd recommend for general shaping? Particularly how fine to go. I was thinking something around a 5 to 8 for rough shaping and a finer grain for more controlled work. I've always had good luck with cabinet rasps myself in terms of shape.
