I have a potential client asking for a buyer-seller agreement. My terms, such as they are, are spelled out at my website. Still, I knew I was going to get a request like this sooner or later. So, I'm wondering what you guys use, and even better, if you would be willing to share the wording of your agreement(s), so that I could blatantly copy it or at least modify it for my purposes.
