Well, I have to brag about having the best wife ever. For my birthday, she booked us a weekend in Montreal so that we can go to the festival. It only seems appropriate to brag here! I am really looking forward to meeting many of the talented OLFers who are showcasing at the festival. It is sure to be a good time! |

Joe, I'll be right behind you - literally, since I'm only a couple hours south of you - and if we catch up to you, my best wife ever can wave at your best wife ever, as she booked our trip as well... She said the shopping in Montreal is unbelievable and the people are beautiful... I was going for the guitars

Congrats Joe and that should be a great time!!!!! When you meet OLFers in person they are usually far nicer then they are here on the forum..........

So...is there a plan for OLFer's to meet in Montreal? I'm debating whether or not to go. I know Bob from Saint Lutherie CNC is going from here so I'd know at least one of you on sight.

I don't know of any organized events yet, but we are staying at the Hôtel Le Dauphin Montréal Downtown - if anyone else is staying there, I think we can organize a saturday "get to know your fellow OLF'er" breakfast... |

We are staying at Le Dauphin as well. It would be cool to have a gathering of some sort. |
