Rather than mounting your pole clamps on the side of the bench, you can use a street 90 and put them on a slide. I have a bolt on the slide that locks it in place. I know many of you have probably seen or done this, but for the many newer builders like myself, I thought this was a real good idea worth posting. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

good idea steve; keeps the guitar vise out of the way. by the by, they are generally referred to a pipe clamps. |

How does the locking bolt work? Looks good though! |
