THE Patrick....James...Eggle?

http://www.eggle.co.uk/index.html

Just discovered today to my shock that he lives in the same, quiet, rural county as me!!! I have been lamenting for ages that there aren't any luthiers around...

ACE!!!

THE Patrick James Eggle used to live about 45 minutes from here, in Hendersonville, NC, when he lived in the States for a while trying to make his reputation on acoustic guitars. I met him a couple of times, at various guitar shows...nice guy. He ended up being fairly decent friends with a fairly decent friend of mine named Randy Hughes - I think they even collaborated on guitar designs at one time.

It really is a small world, eh Sam?

Sam,
A local upper-end guitar boutique nearby has several of his guitars in stock. It is easy for me to say that Mr. Eggle builds a wonderful instrument! Visit his shop as often as you can.

And sneak a camera in with you.

Steve

Beautiful guitars and an interesting price list as well.
Apparently top, back and sides are all extra cost options!
