I used to get all sizes of TKL guitar cases from John McBeath at a company called Tamarkin in the Eastern U.S. That source has disappeared. Looking for access to TKL cases again. John had all the sizes. The discount music stores have some good prices, but limited sizes. TKL is not the best, but for the price they fit my needs, and best of all, they had a wide range of sizes. Know of any sources that carry many of the sizes? Thanks, Bob

They do direct sales in addition to selling through retailers. Have you tried contacting TKL directly to explain who you are and what you want? They might be willing to give you builder prices. Just Google TKL and you will find their website, which has contact info. Disclaimer: I have a nephew who works there. He and I have not talked about the builder pricing thing, so it might not be possible. It’s worth an e-mail from you, though.

Access cases are pretty nice for the money. I get their stage-3 cases for around $65 plus tax. Nice folks to deal with also..

Thanks for the info. I contacted TKL directly and yes they do sell directly to builders. Also contacted Access cases. Appreciate the info.--Bob

Just a heads up on cases. Visited the Guitars Makers Connection (North Street) today and they have a very large inventory of cases. Probably get a sweet deal as they are trying to move them.

Already have a couple of Access cases on the way. 3 week delivery by Fed Ex surface.Very easy company to deal with. Took my word on having my business license and being for real for the builder discount. Lucky you guys who live on the Mainland. The builders prices on the Access case was very good, $130.00 for 2 cases, but the shipping, cheapest slow boat, was $140.00. Hope they fit.
