That came out well. Nice job! If you want to disguise it even more you can use a very fine paintbrush, or a sharpie pen, to 'paint' some figure/grain lines that cross the line of the repair and visually tie the patch and the surrounding timber together. It only has to be subtle, but it distracts from the un-natural boundary of the edge of the graft.

Looks good. Mohawk makes graining pens to add the line Mark mentioned. Or a colored pencil of the appropriate color can also work. There is a grain line that intersects with the middle of the patch, if you can visually pull it across the patch it will help hide the repair.

As above, looking good, only you will know where the damage was.

If you’re routing the binding ledge, going over the repair will be exciting. Good luck.

Steve has a good point about the danger of running a router across that glued-in fragment. It might be a good idea to stop the router a little way either side of the repaired area, and then do that segment by hand with a chisel or fine saw.

I would reinforce it with some wood 'tape' where it is not covered by the linings. Then you probably wont have to worry about the rout.
