This problem may benefit from a multi-part incremental solution. How about straightening the neck, level all the frets and over-level the frets south of #14? Then try to play it. If that solution works, then the advice from folks about thinning the fingerboard south of #14 will work just fine, and OP will have determined, at little cost in either time and no cost in cash, what direction the next step needs to take. And it's not invasive or damaging to the guitar. Perhaps the now-much-lower frets down low won't matter much and the problem can be filed away as 'solved'.

I agree with Truckjohn's advice to terminate analysis and try a fix without analyzing the problem ad infinitum. An hour's effort will provide solid empirical information.

Ok. Thickness sounds good. Bridge is a little short. No big deal I think. Someone above made a great suggestion. Take it to a pro setup person. Get an opinion.

I’ve been thinking. With the strings on, the relief set, what string height to u have at 12th fret? Did u mention this? What is your clearance at fret 1? High and low e

Not too far from you. http://www.alanmillerguitars.co.uk/testimonials.html

I met him at Yandles show last year and he was very friendly and eager to talk about his guitars even though I told him I would not be buying. Worth a try.
