Egg white here as well, what a relief to get away from epoxies and CA and whatnot. Necks don't need a lot of filling anyways, they are a lot more forgiving than backs and sides.

Although open pores on back/sides look perfectly fine if satin or matte. Not even sure it's that bad on gloss but it's what we have become so accustomed to seeing. I suppose that's what the market expects. Certainly seen a lot of 19 th century guitars that are gloss and open pored.

CA glue, then a light sand. Then build up Nitro coats. They seem to build faster on the neck than the body. I've been curious about the Aqua Coat. I generally use epoxy on the body.

For the body I spread with a squeegee pretty much as Todd Stock shows.

I was doing a bit of epoxy pore fill research. This guy Todd Stock seems to be frequently referenced, at least in regards to having the best methods and explanations for epoxy pore filling. Only problem is, where is his material? None of my searches bring up the actual material. Oddly though, if I search for his name, I see lots of people talk about this guy but no actual posts with his name. Is this guy a ghost?! Anyway any links actual content on Todd's epoxy method would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Andy
