Don't suppose anyone in Canada has a can of accelerant they'd be willing to part with? Doing some show guitars where every single day counts, can't order more til Monday. Trying to get stuff into the paint shop... |

Baking soda will make most super glues "kick". Wiping the parts with a damp cloth also tends to make it set up faster. I'm not familiar with gluboost products, but you could try dusting the parts with baking soda and see if it acts as most CA's do (test on scrap) |

Need glu-boost accelerant from Canada... Peggy is indisposed til Monday picking up a drum sander... Baking soda dies not seem like a good way to fill wenge pores... Not all accelerants are equal. Glu-boosts claims of drying clear are at least true... I knew it were a long shot ![]() |

Interesting. Did you use GB CA or a different brand with GB accelerant? Because I found the GB CA and its accompanying accelerant to provide the as advertised no blush, no pit, no yellowing clear glue job. |
