I know RC Tonewoods sells them but they do not take requests on species and I haven't found them elsewhere. Any suggestions or should I just re-saw myself. Trouble is I haven't found a decent hardwood vendor around here yet. I really like everything to match and I pretty much use only mahogany for necks (unless laminated) and also inside the box for everything except the bridge plate and top bracing.

I would deff cut them yourself. Get a Woodslicer on a 14" bandsaw and you can cut 5" mahogany easy. IDK how thick you want, but with a well set up saw you could prob get 20 .065" slices fron a 2 1/4" billet.
