Guy Clark has passed away at age 74................! They are all leaving..!!

Yeah. I was listening to Isbell's cover of "Desperado's waiting on a train" just last night. Time to see if I can find my copy of heartworn highways.

Don't know what kind of builder he was, but he was a hell of a songwriter. I'm gonna miss him.

A huge loss. "Stuff That Works" was my favorite. I read that he was a good builder and gave his guitars away to friends.

Just heard on NPR that a 2006 interview with Guy will be aired tonight (May 23), 9 pm (EST??) on World Cafe.
