Trying something new. I had couple of wormholes in my sides. Before bending, I decided to epoxy with dust. Anybody done that before? |

The epoxy will soften with heat. CA and dust would be better. |

I seem to remember a Robbie O'Brian video recommended using CA and wood dust https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqSglfu6xtA Not sure about epoxy, but from a quick search, it looks as if heat resistance depends on the epoxy. |

MIke, Take special care if there are any worm tunnels, especially if they run across the grain. They can cause a kink in the bend. |

Mike I've filled worm holes with epoxy and dust prior to bending with no issues. The ep*xy that I used back then was the Pacer line, makers of Z-Poxy and it worked great. IIRC I used their 30 minute stuff. There used to be a toot on filling worm hole on Allied's site and that's what I learned from. |

It worked ok. Still have to do some touch up work. Won't try it again though. |
