All of a sudden, I have to teach my wife about baseball! I'll cut her some slack though, she got me tickets for my birthday, and we got to see David Price pitch! I don't know how many 100's of games I listened to while in the shop! Alex |

I've heard lots of day games and many, many night games while working in the shop. Got to hear the first full game today and am catching the last of the second on the radio. And to top it off there's another day game tomorrow!  I remember listening to the 92 and 93 games when I was a kid. And I've been listening ever since. |

Small world... Grandparents and girlfriend lived in Affton (long ride home to Spanish Lake after Saturday night date); inlaws still live in Oakville. Did you see my Cadets whup on Pingry School soccer? |

Small world indeed. I did not see your Cadets win. I'm barely able to follow sports beyond Cardinal baseball and the NFL let alone local sports these days. Once the kids get a little older, I'm sure I'll be exposed to the exploits of the local high schools again. Do you ever make it back to STL for visits? A bunch of instrument makers gather here in April every year. Sorry for the mini hijack, Go JAYS! |

Only the retail store is closing, they remain very much in business producing to guitar wood. You can still buy from them from their website you just can't pop in and buy lumber anymore. The gathering will continue. |
