I imagine there's some simple way to go about removing wax from wood that's been sealed, but I guess I'm just not all that clever. idunno

Anyone have a tip to share?

Thanks in advance,

Go at it with a card scraper, but go slowly so you don't build up any heat that will melt the wax.

Card Scraper.
And make sure you clean up if it ends up on the floor. DAMHIK.

For end grain - saw off the ends of the board if you have a little extra length.
