Right hand column (e,g - inbox) headed Mark, tick boxes, go to bottom of page find box "Mark/Unmark as important". On the right, click arrow head pointing down, chose "Delete marked" Repeat as required different pages. Done |

Browsers have a history, but messages/email doesn't (I stand to be corrected?) As there doesn't seem to be one, just kind of guessed he was asking about deleting "historical" messages. |

There isn't a "History" other than the PM's themselves Look on the right side of each PM. There is a check box. Now at the bottom of the page there is a drop down box that lets you delete the marked PM's by hitting the "GO" button. Here is a screenshot of it for you. Cheers, Bob |
