Thanks Robbie!

I build as a hobby, but I plan on using this in my day job tomorrow! Then in my shop too, this weekend.

Here's something practically no one considers, myself included until my hand surgeon operated on my thumb.
Your thumbs have to oppose your fingers on each hand. Four fingers are a lot stronger than 1 thumb. Whenever you pick something up that is "hefty" use both hands.

Good idea Haans. I'm 70 and not in the greatest of health.I have a somewhat younger friend to do the heavy hard work. I pay him very well and he does a very good job for me. We've been friends a long time. As far as standing goes I'm somewhat limited as to how long I'm able too. So I have a stool in both my shops and end up on them most of the time. Using my drum sander and power tools I don't usually sit. But probably could if I wanted to except for the table saw. Safety is my main concern as there is no way I'm able to put in eight hours a day. So I work when I feel like it and find other outlets to take up my time. Like chasing slow running women. Lol

There are a lot of things we need to be aware of while working so that we can continue doing this craft for the long term. What i mention in the video is just the tip of the iceberg. I am sure folks here can think of many others. One that I don't mention in the video is anti fatigue mats. Ypur feet, legs and back will thank you.
