The guy that I built the Quilted maple Small Jumbo for created this slide show video with a sound track of him playing the guitar. Recorded straight from the mic with no EQ. or any effects added. Fred |

Josh I can not take any credit for the video Jean-Francois the guitar owner created it with photos off my photobucket and web site. He indeed did a great job on it. I am hoping Jean will attend the show and bring the guitar but it is quite a drive from Trois-Rivières Quebec. Fred |

Fred, Very nice guitar and what a beautiful sound. I love quilted maple guitars and hope to build one in the near future. I hope mine turns out half as good as yours. I am sure your client will get a lot of enjoyment out of it and as it opens up I am positive it will only get better. Great job on it. ![]() Cheers, Bob |

tres bien monsieur tellier. I got some alleged quilted maple 1 month ago for a future build. But looking at it after planing it/s more speckled maple from minn .with wavy grain . |

Great looking and sounding guitar Fred. Where did you get the ebony for the armrest? The reason I ask is because I'm thinking of doing an ebony armrest and, as far as I can tell, the best source for a nice black piece of wood is to sacrifice a fret board blank (from which I hope I could get a couple of armrest veneers). Thanks, Pat |

Pat I used black dyed veneer I picked up at A&M. It works real well and much simpler than thinning real ebony. Fred |
