What sort of transducer? Is it a under saddle transducer? Or it sounds more like a soundboard transducer. From what I've read, cuz I've never used a soundboard transducer you want it about an inch or so behind the bridge, slightly to the bass side of the guitar.

I have used these
It is simple you have a 2 pad so place them under the top on the place located under the saddle. you can use med CA
Here is a video on a 3 pad install .

your target would be in front of #2 and #4 strings positioned under the saddle .

The transducer then goes in front of the pins and directly under the saddle part of the bridge plate. Thanks for the video .

I put one on my 12 string. I am a K&K dealer and got this off ebay and was surprised. It sounds just fine .
