Planning to use a Manzer-style wedge on my current build. For those who have used this approach before, how much side-to-side difference have you used to achieve a "comfortable" result?

Thanks,

Shane

A .75-1" change in depth from lower bout to lower bout has worked well for me depending on size... .75" for a 00/classical sized, 1" for a dreadnought.

I've only done one, which was .75" difference on a 15" lower bout. Feels a little much to me. I'll be sticking to .5" in the future.

Thanks guys. Sounds like 0.75" is the place to start. It's 15.25" across. Will post some pics when complete.

Cheers,

Shane
