Attachment: DSCN6474.JPG Attachment: DSCN6472.JPG Attachment: DSCN6472.JPG Attachment: DSCN6472.JPG I just strung these two up the other. Both are Cherry BS&N with a Lutz top. I am real happy with both of them. Pals, Vic.

any comments o the sound of cherry, I have been wanting to try it. my suspicion has been that it would be mellower than maple and brighter than mahogany. Is that true? |

That's a lovely pair of instruments. Well done! I have a set of cherry waiting in the wings. Your work has me more excited about trying my hand at building with it than ever. Thanks for sharing, |

Nice. Is the guitar neck cherry as well? |

The fiddle and guitar both have cherry and curly maple laminated necks. This is the second guitar with cherry bs&n. The other has a redwood top. I was pleasantly surprised with the volume and tone of both of them. |
