You've certainly raised the bar for those of us starting our first builds, Eddie! Your attention to detail and craftsmanship really shows! [clap]

Very nice. I love the colour of that bubinga. Also, the finish looks great. What is this Joe White you speak of?

Very nice guitar [:Y:] I am with Filippo on the headstock shape it needs a bit of adjustment, but I think it is great that it is not a Martin copy as most of us did on our 1st builds.

Thanks to all for taking time to look, and your kind words. Your critics are appreciated. It IS like my first born and I am still jazzed about it.

I will take a second look at the headstock design. I decided not to put wings on it. Maybe that made it too narrow. Also I intended for the bottom curve to come to points but I chip one side out with the router and decided to round it over and save the neck.

The one thing that surprised me on the the first build was how many elements needed to have an aesthetic design done before moving forward. It seems like I spend more time designing than building.

Clearly this is not your first attempt to work with wood

:D I am pleased this comment was made. When I started 3 years ago I did not know a jointer from a planer and had never used a plan or chisel. I tried to develop some wood working skill through the journey. So that means a lot to me!

Again I want to thank all the contributors to this forum. The information posted here is priceless [:Y:] and I really appreciated a little hand holding along the way.

Joe White is a guitar finisher used by many on the forum. I do not have room for finishing equipment so I have Joe apply the finish. I am very pleased with all aspects of that process. I highly recommend him.

Stephen - When you were building your first, I was planing mine. That seems like a long time ago. You got out WAY ahead of me :)

Thanks everyone. Happy Building!
