Last year I bought a bi- metal 1/2in 3-4 tpi hook blade from spectrum supply for my aging mini- max s-45 bandsaw .It was a good value for the $$.I also have 2 other bandsaws an older jet 12in 1/2 hp needs a new blade, used for general cutting /ripping .I was thinking maybe 3/4tpi hook .The other newer bsaw is a craftsman 10 in copy of rikon that came with a crappy blade an has 1/3 hp motor .I like to use the crapsman for small resaw cuts, with the small motor, was figuring a 3/8n 3-4 tpi , but that might be overkill, as the bsaw is used for cutting a lot of small parts, bracing ,bridges necks, etc . Who is your supplier , suggestions???
