Hi Guys ... just posted a quick video walk-through of the Montreal Show at the top of my What's New page http://wrenguitarworks.com/WhatsNew/indexWhatsNew.html The video does a poor job of showing actual instruments in any detail, but will give you roughly what the scope of the show entails ... luthiers from South Africa, Brazil, France, the U.K. , the U.S. and of course a strong contingent of Canadians. It was very definitely inspiring to walk around and see the high level of work and the creativity that is evident in our field ... I had a blast! |

I felt very honoured to be in the same row as you David, along with the likes of Michael Greenfield, Bill Tippin (I always seem to be next to him !!) , Linda Manzer, Marc Maingard (what a great guy he is !!!) and my Quebec friend Michel Pellerin ... he struggles with english and me with french, so what a team we make !! |

First of all, David - excellent quality video! That was very well done. Now to the plethora of outstanding instruments.... my mind just boggles at the quality and quantity of gorgeous builds. Maybe I should just sell all my stuff and take up horseshoeing.... ye gods, the bar was set very high in that room. |
