Im about to close the box on my first build using a radius dish. The dish has 60 grit sand paper attached to it. After shaping the edge of the sides in the radius dish on the 60 grit, is it ok to go ahead and glue up or do I need to sand down to a finer grit?

I like to take a single edge razor blade burnished into a scraper, and work it around the rim linings. It's really surprising how much dust comes off, very quickly. I've started scraping all my sanded surfaces prior to gluing with hide glue, as described by Steve Marchione in his lecture at the GAL Conference last summer. It makes a lot of sense, and I believe it leads to a stronger glue joint.
