I bought a Stewart Mc Donald dovetail template and proceeded to make a jig as instructed. One side of the template is a bit proud which I discovered was due to the fact that the perspex is up to .5 / .75 mm thicker on one side than it is on the other. I have not emailed customer services yet, unusual to get perspex varying in thickness across such a small section, what do you think? J |

If it is not right, contact them and let them know. They will make it right. Plus it will alert them to a potential issue with what they have in stock. |
