Maybe just the jack? You've probably checked that, but loose fitting or dirty jacks will pop, especially as the chord is moved. I replaced one in a Takamine electric nylon string a couple of weeks ago. The guys in his band were going to kick him out if his guitar didn't stop popping. |

In that case, I'd swap out everything...maybe save the neck if you can. |
