I am going to make some radius profiles / gauges and get the drawn out by CAD on a A0 sheet What are the most common radius's ? J |

most Fender electrics are 241 mm/9.5 inch...the old ones are 184 mm/7.25", which is a little too round for me personally |

every inch from about 7" up to 22" and flat for some classicals. |

In inches 7.25, 9.5, 10, 12, 16, and 20, the most common ones. |

I use 15' for backs and 28' for tops but i have seen up to 62' for tops that are flatter. |

I've heard of guys using 25". |

I use 15' for backs, and 25' for tops. You'd be hard pressed to tell the difference between 25' and 28', only a few thousands difference. |
