So I just finished number 2 and handed it over to its new owner. It's a Spruce/Cocobolo OM, Cocobolo/Basswood binding, Ebony headplate and fingerboard, Cocobolo bridge, pinless Doolin style, Gold evo frets and tuners, 25.4 scale 14ish fret to the body (joint kind of moved on me after setting the angle :oops: ) It sounds nice and boomy. Nice deep bassy sound with nice trebs and mids (to my ears compared to a $300 Epiphone that he has) The finish does need lots of improovment, so I will be doing lots of practice on scrap before shooting the finish on numbers 3 & 4. The proud owner of this one? My dad, for his 47th Birthday! Happy Birthday dad! :) Oh it was my first lam neck, and that thick strip of coco made it super neck heavy. Lesson learned :D

He kept on asking how its coming along, not knowing at all that it was for him. This was one of the most pleasing things I have ever done. After all, he did bring me to this world and raised me, this was the least I could have done
