I made a guitar for "Daddy Stovepipe" and he has posted this at his Youtube channel. Nice, since I can't play much. Thanks, Alex, I can't remember the strings he specified, think D'addario mediums. He may have changed them, also. He's a great fingerstyle blues player, and well as jazz, which I particularly like. The guitar sounds very "brash" as he plays hard, much more than I remember it here. I also remember building my first few L-00's, this guitar is similar, but larger, and really wanting a "brasher" tone than I was getting. |

Very cool! That guitar is perfect for that playing style! Strong treble, not too much bass. |
