I want to put in a plug for Steve Roberson at Colonial Tonewoods. Over numerous transactions with him I have had nothing but very good experience with both his tonewoods and his customer service. He’s a class act for sure.

I met Steven at ASIA and left with some of his wood, I would certainly deal with him again. His table was across from mine and we had a good time talking guitars and wood, he picks a guitar rather well also.

Steve is a good guy and never treated me bad . He stands by his product and more important , He knows his product.

I agree completely, Steve is a stand up dude!
I have made some nice guitars with the red spruce tops, maple binding and pins I have gotten from him.

I like Steve also. He's wonderful to deal with, has fantastic wood, a great sense of humour and enjoys a good chin wag....In fact I like Steve so much that I want to go over his house, drink all his beer, fall off a stool, and then stumble over his furniture in my underpants when I wake up in a strange dark place for a pee...The fact that Steve has the good sense to live so far away from me to make that unlikely to happen anytime soon also demonstrates what a clever fellow he is....Onya Stevo [:Y:]

Cheers

Steve is definitely one of the "good guys". He's always had great wood (I have great 3 sets of koa from him) and his service is top notch.

Kim sounds like he learned how to have a good time in these parts [:Y:]

Another [:Y:] for Steve, a stand up guy for sure. I haven't dealt with him for 5 or 6 years I think, but I got some killer Adi tops, and very nice ziricote and macassar sets from him. Come to think of it, I should probably get some more...
