thanks for sharing I liked the cedar one on the finger picking. the melow basses and warmth and the spruce for strumming, its like it has more definition and brightness just my personal taste. greetings! |

That's my opinion too! Cedar has a nice rounded and deep sound when FP, red spruce has a fast attack and bright overall sound best when strumming Charlie, the sountrack is amazing you are right!! Thanks for the replies! Regards Andrea |

Hi, Andrea. Excellent! Nice guitars, nice shop, nice tools, and nice little shop companion, too. Very nicely produced video. May I also say that I've made four visits to Italy and think it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen--and populated by some of the most gracious people I've ever met. Thanks for posting your video. Patrick |

Hello again, Andrea, You will visit the USA some day. It is only a question of when. My wife and I will return to Italy, too. Perhaps we'll be able to visit Torino. In the mean time, don't apologize for your English. Your English is molto bene. Much better than my Italian! Io capisce Italiano un po. Io parle non bene. See what I mean? Keep building instruments and post them here so we can see them. You will find many friends on this forum. Ciao! Patrick |

Ciao, prego, arrivaderci and that's about all I know. You are lucky to live in such a beautiful country. Great sounding guitars. To my ear they sound very similar, almost identical even. In the second sample I'd give the edge to the first one because I like the way it strums. Also: Very cool headstock logo. |

Hi Patrick and Nick! Your Italian is really fine ![]() Hope you can come and visit Torino, we'll be glad to take you in the city and have some Italian lessons too ![]() Nick you are right, they sound almost identical with soft fingerpicking/flatpick, the differences pop out a little when strumming; the logo has been made by my wife with Cad software (she's an architect) and then transferred to maple and walnut I post a link to an italin guitarbuilding forum where I've posted the building progresses with a lot of photos, next building I'll share everything from the beginning with you!! http://liutosonoro.forumup.it/viewtopic ... iutosonoro or http://guitarbuilding.forumup.it/viewto ... arbuilding Many many thanks for the friendly replies! Ciao! Andrea |
