Here's a link to the May 4th edition of the online version of the Ottawa Citizen newspaper. In it, Lucas Haneman talks about his upcoming CD release and he plays a tune he wrote on the guitar I made for him. If you watch closely, you can see my label through the guitar sound hole. Hey, I'll take what I can get.

Outstanding Pat! Your guitar sounds and looks great, and Lucas' playing is spot on.
Do you have a link where I could get my hands on a copy of his CD?

Thanks for the comments guys. The guitar is a few years old and I have posted pictures of it before. It's an Englemann topped, IRW back/sides cutaway dread.

I've also mentioned Lucas before. He's quite a musician. Here's clip of him doing what turned out to be a winning perfomance in Calgary last year (again playing the guitar I built):

Dadgumit Pat, that cat is freakin AWESOME. Wish I had the music in me that he has. And on one of your guitars too !!! I bet you have to be feeling pretty good knowing that something you made out of wood can sound so darn good.

Alex, the guitar has the LR Baggs iMix system.
It is very gratifying to have someone of Lucas's caliber play something I've built.
