Yesterday I glued CF rods into a neck. Today I learned that I didn't route quite deep enough. I swear it fit right dry. Anyway, today I was trying to get it leveled out. I know that CF dust is supposed to be pretty bad, and I thought I was doing a good job keeping the dust controlled and collected, but HOLY COW AM I ITCHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm glad have to work this stuff so rarely. Next time, I'll route channels in the underside of the fretboard instead. Mike |

Yeah. I had a mask, ran the DC and the air filter, wiped things down with a wet paper towel. I really thought I was doing a good job containing it. Apparently not. Usually all I do with it is cut it to length, and that I do outside. This was an exception. But I don't think I'll do it again. Why risk it? Mike |
