Yes, they can be slow to respond, particularly if between issues. Not much staff there. |

My experience has been that reminders are sometimes required to get the requested service. So, if several weeks have gone by you might want to follow up. |

I got my 2010 American Lutherie magazines that I ordered in the last hours of 2010 a couple of weeks ago. I think I was a member for about 12 hours (because I’m a deadbeat). But there is a sign of recent activity from the GAL. |
