I went to lunch, wanting to finish my order later. When I came back everything was sold [headinwall]

Wondering how stable such a wood would be?

Martin: Have never dealt with this company. Also have never seen Padauk that looks like those pictured with so much sap wood. But have use Padauk aquired from LMI and it is an excellant tone wood.Only made two guitars of Padauk but can say I think they are a couple of my best. If the wood is well seasoned it is among some of the most stable around. But it can be a brittle wood and a bit hard to bend. Lots of red dust from any sanding and it gets over everything. At one time LMI had sets priced in the $35 USD range. Bought a number of sets at the time and now wish I had ordered more. Think they are much higher priced now. Good luck and take care.
