I just did this for my third guitar. I'm not sure if you use an Iron, but I do and I just bent one side normally, then for the next side, I bent everything except for the upperbout. I then cut off the upper bout and bent that to the tight curve of the florentine cutaway. After everything was bent I joined every thing in stages, starting with the cutaway on the neck block, then the left side to the neck block, then the left side and the lower bout of the cutaway side to the end block. I then made a small block for the cutaway and made the correct angle with my block plane. I then glued this to the right side and then glued the full cutaway together with C clamps, rope and small bungie cords
