I called the customs today just to make sure my promised box is not there and someone lost my mailbox flyers, nope, nothing.

You could just buy something off him on eBay, where he is shipping, then have him include your other stuff.

Maybe not, I bought some neck blanks from him on Ebay, 1. because they were a good price and 2. To help him if he needed money. I should have recieved them by now, but it hasn't been quite long enough to get really concerned. He said he would purchase paypal shipping, and I'd recieve tracking info after I paid. I haven't recieved any tracking info either. I paid outside of Ebay as he instructed. I hope I get my neck blanks soon.

So do I Woody! I really do, but I really can't believe you did that! Did you do this before all this came out.

I've second guessed myself since, but I was giving Brock a chance to do the right thing. Looking through my rose colored glasses I was hoping Brock could use the $200 I paid for 4 neck blanks to refund someone here. I've got a room full of neck blanks anyway, but I don't mind having stuff like that sitting around. I followed his instructions for payment that was sent through Ebay's messaging system. I can prove I paid (via paypal) per his terms if I don't get what I paid for. The card I used to make the paypal payment also offers good protection. I feel confident that I won't lose any money in the end, or I wouldn't have done it. I still have hopes that I'll recieve 4 neck blanks, and Brock can use my payment to help with the mess he's in the middle of. I can also leave feedback on Ebay, to warn others, if it comes to that.

You can't leave negative feedback on eBay if you're a "Non-paying" bidder, as far as I understand... Technically you're non-paying since eBay won't have any record of you going through Paypal checkout on their site.

Woody, check the paypal requirements for filing a complaint too. There is a time limit. 60 days if I remember correctly.

I'm pretty sure it's 45 days. I won't wait that long. I won't be tagged as a non paying bidder since I can prove I paid per his instructions. I checked with Ebay before bidding.

I wouldn't believe Brock if he said the sun will come up in the east tomorrow. There is no way to sugar coat it, he's a liar and a thief. I don't want to involve the OLF, but I do intend to file mail fraud charges (I paid with a money order that was mailed to Brock) if this is not resolved soon. I do think that if Brock is owed any money from the OLF ads or other revenue sources it should be used to pay the people who were cheated. And though I agree this is not Lance's fault, a little communication on this subject would be nice.

Peace, Paul

Sounds like you know more about it than me. Hope everything works out well!

Thanks for the heads up Bud!

I really cannot believe all this, the trail of poor guys who have been left to stress for so long without any serious attempt by Brock to put things right...There are no excuses here, not any more. One really can label this debacle whatever they want now without fear of over statement..dishonest, deceitful, fraudulent, any of these labels will fit like a glove, but most of all its the complete disrespect for others that bothers me most in this...I feel sorry for those 'still' affected, you have every right to be really angry.

To have the gall to call for understanding of your own difficult times from others, and to do so on another farking forum when you know full well within yourself that you have lied and lied and with that caused stress, angst, and difficult times for no good reason to those who once called you friend, is completely unfathomable in its hypocrisy.

To turn your back on this community because of your shame in your own doings, and worse still, to turn your back on the simple solution of making an 'honestly' attempt at trying to put right those you have wronged is completely disgraceful. How can this fellow leave his friends and partner to face all of this with no explanation when he knows it is all completely his doing?? How can this fellow turn his back on those who have defended him?? How can he turn his back on those that forgave him and offered a second, third and fourth chance?? How can he turn his back on the many who had respected him and considered him worthy to administer this community??

I don't know the answers to any of those things, its too much of a head funk for me to even contemplate, but I do know that now, after so much patience, so many chances, and so much bull s-h-i-t, that regardless of what has happened to Brock on a personal level, no one here, not one of us will ever see the guy in the same same light again, and rightfully so, because 'regardless' of what may have happened, the way this issue has been handled, the complete disrespect for the feelings of others, has left nothing but a large monument of shame and pity that plugs the gap in this community where this bloke once stood.

I'll say no more on this matter other than to state that this situation is now completely indefensible and I no longer blame anyone for whatever action they feel they need to take in order to get this matter resolved ...sorry to you Ken C ;)................... Shame on you Brock, putting all of 'our' input and hard work in building the knowledge base that is the OLF at risk, the thousands upon thousands of hours of other peoples time and dedication to this craft, the friendships and the sharing all abandon as worthless in the face of your own shame...how could you do that...piss weak.
