Hi, here i am with my seconf topic in this forum. Today i wanna show you how i did my side lamination jic and mold for the solera. First, i begin with the template Attachment: IMG_1494.jpg Attachment: IMG_1495.jpg This gives me the template i will use for all. I traced an outside line far 2 1/2 from the inside line Attachment: IMG_1501.jpg Next a little square line for clamping at the waist Attachment: IMG_1502.jpg The fit with the template, i think, is good: Attachment: IMG_1506.jpg Attachment: IMG_1507.jpg Attachment: IMG_1508.jpg

Now is the time of the side lamination jig Other six pieces cutted and routed with the same template: Attachment: IMG_1523.jpg and glued together one at a time Attachment: IMG_1526.jpg Attachment: IMG_1524.jpg And, at the end, 3 pieces of masonite, bended and glued together with 18 pieces of wood: Attachment: IMG_1535.jpg Attachment: IMG_1537.jpg Attachment: .jpg
