Received an email today from a Jeromy Darling asking about my guitars. After I answered his inquiry the truth came out. In reality he's looking to barter a guitar for purported web expertise. Wouldn't have mentioned it, but a good friend rec'd the same email. Apparently Darling was cruising the guitar show websites. Might be a good deal for someone looking to get a web setup. I believe his estimation of the value of his services is a bit inflated. |

I got one from someone a while back. I didn't think of it as phishing, just someone trying to trade services for a guitar. I don't remember the senders name. |
