I finally got around to wrapping this one up yesterday. It sat just waiting for setup for close to a month. Anyway, here are the specs:
Mango soundboard, back, and sides

Mahogany neck with ebony laminated into the heel

Vintage bone nut, saddle, and bridge pins

Madagascar Rosewood S inlay at the 12th fret

24.9" scale
It's a pretty cool little guitar. The sound still is opening up pretty rapidly. The bass is a bit muted, but the mids come through very cleanly. The highs are also very clean, but do not project as well as the mids. To be honest I don't even know why I took on this project, and why I did some of the things the way I did, but it was fun to try some different kinds of things that you don't see on a guitar too often!
