I have seen the sander you have and it does seem to be the same as the Grizzly and also the Sears. One nice thing about the Grizzly website it that you can view and download manuals for there machines I would do this. As John said look at the two ends of the drum and look at the clips one is usually spring load to keep the paper tight. I have a delta and this is the way it is set up. You start on the non-spring loaded end and finish at the end with the spring loaded chip. Sand paper is generic so you should be able to use Grizzly's paper. Your machine was probably built in the same factory as the Sears and the Grizzly so parts may be the same. Good luck I hope this helps.
