Wonder what taper folks use for bridge pins. Seems strange,Stew Mac tends to have 5 degree and LMI has 3 degree. Wish some one would make 4 degrees and be done with it. I use 3 degree myself and for no other reason than that's the taper of my reamer. Tom |

I'm with ya on that, Tom. I think if you just keep jamming whatever degree it is, it would work in fine. Ha! Hey, how's it in Nova Scotia? My great great grandpa was a fisherman up there. Ryder was their last name. |

I might be wrong but I thought that the pins (and plate under the top) helped bear some of the sheer load on the bridge. But they actually may not bear much load if they don't fit correctly. |
