Allieds work great. I have one on the go right now of the same plan. I am now at the part of the build that I most definitely dislike the most. Waiting for the lacquer to cure.

I can't seem to find a truss rod for my parlor build and I don't really want to make one. Are there any options out there? It's an S. Antes plan and looks like the rod should be around 12.5". |

I have 1 and 2 way truss rods from Martin for them. The Antes plan is way over built. |

I've used Stew Mac's 4mm allen nut hotrod. They make one 12.25" long but it requires a 7/16" deep channel which might be cause for worry in thin necks. Bob |

lmi can make any sizes you want at no extra cost. i had one made for an acoustic bass 12 fret to body 34" scale. it only took about a week. it was their trsd 2way rod. brent |
