I am looking at a laguna band saw for resawing, it has a maximum clearance of 9 1/4" from table to rollers, does this give me enough room to resaw some back and side sets ? thanks jody

More importantly, what is the wheel size and the motor horsepower?

Model and vintage? Motor? They have upgraded their saws a lot over the years. It doesn't hurt to have some excess capacity. On any machine.

The wheel size is 15 3/4", it is 1.5 horse power and uses a 124" blade....Thanks Jody

Do not get a chinese made Laguna saw under any circumstances. I made that mistake and have had all kinds of problems and the worst customer support of any company I have ever had in the 57 years I have been on this planet. They say they are sending parts, they don't. They say that they are changing manufactures in China because the folks that made my saw were not doing a good job, oh great!!! and that's why they can't get me parts. They promised me a new motor, never sent it.

Says Meber on it? Good quality saw (Italian made), but it's marginal for resawing guitar backs, and the original "European style" guides are not very good. I use one for my general purpose bandsawing, but for a resaw I'd recommend going bigger and more powerful.
