I'm making the form that goes inside the fox-style bender and have a question about the bars that go through the form. How critical is it that the bars be flush with the outside line? I've drilled a couple of the holes pretty close to the outside and when the bar is inserted the edge of the bar is proud of the form by just a little bit (roundsabout a 64th or so). Is this a deal breaker or is it not that big of a deal? Thanks. Jason |

Anything proud of the profile can cause a facet on the side, depending on how "proud" it is. A 64th would probably be fine, as long as it really is ONLY 1/64th ![]() The other thing you can do in those spots is to use The Padma's bondo filler to raise those spots and then feather sand them out to the new high spot which is 1/64th higher ![]() The reason honestly why I keep ![]() |

I thought doing it this way may save me a little time but I guess I'll just do a solid form. Thanks. Jason |
