I've been to 3 separate home improvement stores, Fastenal and have searched the internet. Having trouble finding the individual items for the Lexan 3/8" x 8' x 10", all the 1/2" 13unc parts, and the piano hinge. Any one that has built this from the OLF plans care to share where you sourced these materials?

Thanks!

Sometimes the small old-time corner hardware store will be the place to go when the big stores don't have what you want.

Go here for 3/8" polycarbonate plate:

Thanks for the link. Question: Would UHMW work as well as the Lexan or Polycarbonate? It's on the same website and it about half the cost.

UHMW has about half the strength of lexan and may flex too much, maybe.
