Time to put in a dust collecting cyclone system in my workshop.
I have about 1000 square feet.
Plan to deport dust from Bandsaw, table saw, radial arm, drum sander, planer, second bandsaw, drill press. and one or two other tools.
I have been looking at the Penn State Industries 2.5HP Tempest system http://www.pennstateind.com/store/dust-collection.html

My questions are... Has anyone had experience with this company? and should I go to the 3.5HP model or another brand altogether.

thanks,

Mike

Judging by your square footage and number of runs you will probably want something bigger than 2.5 hp, it might get you by but bigger would be better of course.

I'm happy with the 3.5 hp Penn State. For your space and tools, I recommend you go with 3.5 hp.
